Application/Vendor Info
Thanks for your interest in vending with the Capital City Farmers Market for its 2010/2011 season. All the information you need to apply for the Outdoor Season, Thanksgiving, and Winter Farmers Markets is on this web page.
At this time, all the full season spots are reserved for the Outdoor, Thanksgiving, and Winter markets. Any new applications will be reviewed for placement on our substitute list. Vendors on our substitute list will be called on a weekly basis to fill spaces when full or partial-season vendors cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. After reviewing this information, feel free to contact the farmers market manager with questions at manager@montpelierfarmersmarket.com.
Tabling for Non-profits at the Market:
This year, the market is managing the non-profit spaces along the Julios wall. Please read our guidelines to learn how your non-profits can set up a table at the market.
Note: The Capital City Farmers Market accepts applications from vendors residing in Washington County or adjacent counties. Exceptions are sometimes made for vendors offering agricultural products that would diversify the market.
Please note–the market does not allow vendors offering services (massage, tarot card reading, etc.) at the market. Also, jewelers applying to the market must perform their own metal work and/or make their own beads and pendants.
